No Refund, No Return Policy
At The Shasha Label, every product is carefully curated and inspected to ensure premium quality before it reaches you. Since our collections include unstitched goods and ready-made garments, we follow a strict No Refund, No Return policy once an order has been placed and delivered.
1. No Refunds
We do not provide refunds for any product purchased through our website, except in the rare case of a wrong product being delivered.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, or size/fit issues.
2. No Returns
Due to the nature of our products (unstitched fabrics and boutique apparel), we do not accept product returns.
Please ensure you carefully review product details, descriptions, and sizing information before placing your order.
3. Exceptions – Wrong or Damaged Product
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping. However, if you receive:
A wrong product (different from what you ordered), or
A damaged product due to transit issues,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shama@thesashalabel.com with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange for an exchange or replacement of the same product.
In case the item is out of stock, we may offer store credit (valid for your next purchase).
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We cannot be held liable for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.
Please handle delicate boutique items with care, as we are not responsible for damages caused after delivery.
